Comfort three bedroom apartment - £220.00 - £295.00 per night (min. 5 nights)

Mid Season Rate - September - October & May - June, subject to availability

Superior studio apartment - £105.00 - £145.00 per night
Superior one bedroom apartment - £125.00 - £170.00 per night
Superior two bedroom apartment - £145.00 - £245.00 per night
Comfort one bedroom apartment - £105.00 - £130.00 per night (minimum 5 nights)

Maximum apartment occupancies are as follows -

Superior studio aparmtents - 2 adults.
Superior one bedroom apartments - 2 adults and 1 child.
Superior two bedroom apartments - 4 adults and 1 child.
Comfort one bedroom apartments - 3 adults.
Comfort two bedroom apartments - 4 adults and 1 child.
Comfort three bedroom apartment - 7 adults and 1 child.

Rates quoted are inclusive of utilities, service and VAT. Ancillary services, such as phone or fax, will be charged as taken.

Telephone Charges

The Knight Residence offers very resonable rates for telephone charges made from our apartments. Our calls are charged at 10p per unit which is less than most "pay as you talk" mobile phones and BT callboxes.

Also, unlike many telephone operators or other accommodation providers our minimum call charge is 10p.
