TOP NOTCH. SPICK AND SPAN.
Well, that's the Edinburgh Fringe finished for another year. Now that we've got our breath back, its a good time to tell you about the refurbishment work we did earlier this year - all apartments saw some upgrades including a new enlarged bathroom for the one bedroom comfort apartment and new en-suite bathrooms to many of the comfort two bedroom apartments. Additionally, there was the usual round of redecorating, painting, carpeting and new furniture.
However, by far the biggest investment was on the comfort three bedroom apartment which was fully redecorated, re-carpeted throughout, new fabrics, new furniture, new bathroom, new en-suite, and new doors. Here are some pictures of it that we took - we are having some professionally done shortly which I will share with you in a future issue.
Future plans - Each winter, normally in the months of January, February and March we re-invest a significant sum of money into the property. At present, we are prioritising bathrooms before turning to look at kitchens. We are also looking for a hi-fi with an ipod dock that will fit into our lounge armoire unit. Where we focus our improvements is in a large part guided by the feedback we get from you, our guests. So please, do tell us what you would like to see us do.
Enjoy the newsletter. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Best wishes,
