- Concierge from 7.00am to 11.00pm to assist residents with restaurant and theatre bookings, car hire, local information and travel directions.
- Daily housekeeping service with towels changed daily and bed linen every second day to superior apartments. Monday to Friday inclusive housekeeping service to comfort apartments.
- DVD library - hundreds of DVD titles available for a nominal fee of £2.00.
- Business services including fax, e-mail, Internet access and secretarial support.
- PC with colour printer or laptop PC available for hire to your apartment
- Daily newspaper delivery.
- Free broadband internet access.
- Emergency shop - forgotten something? We maintain a small supply of essential items for your convenience.
Parking and Security
Although located in the centre of Edinburgh, we are fortunate to be able to offer 1 car parking space per apartment completely free of charge to our guests. Our secure car park directly behind The Residence is accessed by electronic gates and is floodlit at night. On arrival at our Edinburgh accommodation you will discover an external security video door access system. Inside is our inconspicuous CCTV surveillance system and you will find our apartment doors have spy holes, chains and video entry phones. Our reception is manned throughout the day and evening by our helpful Concierge, who will escort you to your apartment.
