Maximum apartment occupancies are as follows -
Superior studio apartments - 2 adults.
Superior one bedroom apartments - 2 adults and 1 child.
Superior two bedroom apartments - 4 adults and 1 child.
Comfort one bedroom apartments - 2 adults and 1 child.
Comfort two bedroom apartments - 4 adults and 1 child.
Comfort three bedroom apartment - 7 adults and 1 child.
Rates quoted are inclusive of utilities, service and VAT. Ancillary services, such as phone, fax or newspapers, will be charged as taken.
Car Parking Charges -
Car Parking is charged at £6 per night for the first car and £20 per night thereafter.

Telephone Charges
The Knight Residence offers very resonable rates for telephone charges made from our apartments. Our calls are charged at 10p per unit which is less than most "pay as you talk" mobile phones and BT callboxes. Also, unlike many telephone operators or other accommodation providers our minimum call charge is only 20p.
